Inspiration

After almost 2 years of silence, this Mass is the fruit of more than 3 years of work, it contains the delights and dolors of the passed years – like the mass, where every stop of the human spirit is sounded.

Analysis

The title could be easily Missa Brevis Sed Difficilis because despite its brevity, the 12-voiced mixed choir faces unusual intonational challenges in the work. My main intention was twofold: to express the text as faithfully as possible and to reveal the wonderful form of the mass via the musical structure.
